We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your Kammuna account, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion must be requested from the email address associated with your Kammuna account.

1. Compose an email to: feedback@kammuna.com
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. In the body of the email, include:
   • Your Kammuna username
   • A brief statement confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account

What Happens After You Request Deletion

• We will process your request within 7 business days.
• Upon deletion:
  • Your profile and personal information will be removed from the platform.
  • All your item listings will be deleted.
  • Your friends and group connections will be removed.
• Note: Lending history and transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for a limited period as required for legal or operational purposes.
